Steps to Register for the NNAAP Nurse Aide Exam

Complete Nurse Aide Training Program
Student should complete the state-approved nurse aide training program.
If you did not finish a state-approved training, you may still register under a various eligibility path as listed in the Candidate Handbook.

Create Your CNA365 Account
Create an account with our online CNA365 system to sign up for testing by clicking the "Sign Up" link on the login page. You will need to send an application for screening in order to register for examinations.
We extremely recommend that you read the Registration Quick Reference Guide with comprehensive guidelines on how to register online for your exam BEFORE you begin the registration procedure.

If you have actually previously evaluated the National Nurse Aide Assessment Exam through the Northern Regional Testing Center (NRTC), when you create a CNA365 account, all of the information from your previous NNAAP examinations will rollover to your Credentia CNA365 account.

Send Correction Form to upgrade your name, date of birth, or social security number before your scheduled exam.

View the Score report.
Submit and review a Grievance application for completed examination.

Issue occurs when applying an assigned voucher code.

Obtain information regarding renewing an existing certification (these applications are not processed through CNA365).
Obtain additional windows registry information and assistance. If you've passed both tests and sent all needed documents on the CDPH Healthcare Document Upload Portal and it's been over 30 days, please contact CDPH at [email protected] and include your name, CNA Renewal at CAnorth DOB, mailing address, last 4 digits of your SSN, and define the dates in which you passed your tests with Credentia.
